Mark Robert Schneider is a retired history professor who has taught at many Boston-area colleges. He is the author of books on African-American history, and biographies of Massachusetts congressmen Joe Moakley and Gerry Studds. He lives in Weymouth, where he is a member of the town Historical Commission.
This event kicks off the Weymouth History Lecture Series, co-sponsored by the Weymouth Public Libraries and The Weymouth Historical Commission. Supporting partners include The Abigail Adams Historical Society, The Weymouth Historical Society, and Weymouth 400.
